Current prices announced

LG Electronics has started production of its 2026 television range, bringing refreshed models across OLED, LCD and wireless TVs. The updated portfolio spans OLED evo sets, the Micro RGB evo series and a wireless OLED television.

Within the OLED evo family, LG is offering the G6, C6 and B6 series. These TVs are positioned around higher peak brightness, more faithful colour reproduction, stronger contrast and quicker response times. According to LG, the panels use Hyper Radiant Color technology, which delivers brightness up to 3.9 times higher than conventional OLED televisions, with the B6 used as the reference model.

Every model in the line-up includes the alpha 11 AI 4K Gen3 processor, which LG says provides 5.6 times greater AI performance. Key features include AI Dual 4K Upscaling to enhance lower-resolution sources, as well as Hyper Bright Booster, which adjusts luminance depending on the scene. The Reflection Free Premium display is designed to cut glare by eliminating light rather than dispersing it, and it is Intertek certified. LG also retains core OLED traits such as near-infinite contrast and rapid response.

The OLED evo W6 is LG’s wireless TV, built with an ultra-slim chassis measuring roughly 9 mm in thickness. Wireless AV transmission is handled through the Zero Connect Box. The TV supports 4K at 165 Hz, with low latency and lossless signal delivery. LG notes that this version of the Zero Connect Box is 35% smaller than earlier iterations.

Micro RGB evo represents LG’s new direction for premium LCD televisions. In this series, the usual white LED backlight is replaced with RGB LEDs, while smaller light elements are used to improve precision. The range also relies on the alpha 11 AI 4K Gen3 processor with a dual AI engine, and it uses backlight control techniques borrowed from OLED technology. LG states that the series supports 100% colour reproduction across BT.2020, DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB.

webOS 26 and AI features

The televisions run webOS 26. The platform integrates Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini for search and interaction. Included tools feature AI Concierge for recommendations, AI Search for contextual results, an AI-powered chat-bot, and AI Picture and Sound Wizard for automated tuning. Voice ID enables user-based personalisation of content, while LG Shield provides system-level security. LG Gallery+ adds AI-generated images along with background audio.
